- [Fractional CISO](https://www.cyberwave.au/vciso): Ongoing security leadership for a fixed number of hours a month. Plans: Foundation (16 hours a month, pre-revenue to about 50 staff), Standard (32 hours, 50 to 250 staff with an active compliance program) and Enterprise (48 hours, 250+ staff or formally regulated organisations). From $3,500 a month, month to month with 30 days' notice. Covers ISO 27001, SOC 2, Essential Eight, APRA CPS 234 and CPS 230, the SOCI Act and Privacy Act obligations, board reporting, risk registers and third-party risk.
- [Incident response simulations](https://www.cyberwave.au/irsim): Tabletop exercises built from the client's own architecture, risk register and sector threats. Formats: technical tabletop, executive tabletop, combined multi-stage, and an annual program of three exercises (roughly 15% less than booking three individually). Every finding in the after-action report has a named owner and a date.
